Free servers and licences
The platform is free up to a number of servers per organisation; beyond them, licences are granted on request. No payment is taken today.

These terms are part of the terms of service. They say what the hosted platform costs: nothing, today.
The free servers
Every organisation enrols up to 3 machines on app.pupitre.studio free of charge, with no time limit. No card is asked for, there is no trial and no subscription, and no invoice is issued.
Licences beyond the free servers
An organisation that needs more machines needs a licence. A licence adds seats to the free ones, one seat per enrolled machine, for the period it states. Licences are granted by the platform on request: write to support@pupitre.studio from the address of an owner of the organisation. No payment is taken for them today.
When a licence ends while the organisation holds more machines than its free ones, its machines keep their right of use for seven days; after that, they enter restricted mode until the licence is renewed or machines are removed. Nothing is erased, neither on your machines nor on the platform.
No payment today
No payment is collected for Pupitre, by us or by anyone on our behalf. Should paid licences be offered one day, they would be described on this page before they are sold, the change would be announced by email to every active account at least thirty days ahead, and nothing would ever be charged without an explicit action on your part.
